Player News – Dean Hill and Duane Jackman

Recommended Posts

Quote: Dean Hill looks to have suffered knee ligament damage, Duane has missed the last two games following a change to his shift patterns at work.... the ongoing situation with Duane will be assessed by the club.

If Dean is out for some time, we have Curtis'Mr Versatility'Robinson who can fill in, also John Beales or Dan Stubbs who both can play at left back

.

Shame about Duane, a touch of class who, in his brief spell at the Club, made many opportunities for Kwezi. though I see that Tom Bradbrook is starting the haul back to fitness - how long before he's expected to be back 'in the mix?'

Is the news about Duane jackman also a polite reminder to us all that these guys are part time/travel around for games and training ,and then endeavour to 'entertain us on cold tuesday nights.

Ok they get a bit of extra money for it- and no -one forces them to do it-but when they have bad games, maybe ,just maybe-something else has happened in their other life/working day that makes it harder for them to perform at their best.

The manager normally is aware of that ,whereas us mere mortals are not

Yes-when Kwesi moves on for a £10K fee in january, the club will need Curtis,Tom and Duane to be competing for the two striker slots

Do i read correctly that kwesi has completed an interview for this weekends NLP.

Brings a few more scouts in then.

Wrap him in cotton wool.

Club needs the money-he desrves the plaudits and career opportunity

Though I understand what you are saying Michael I disagree. No, dont wrap him up in cotton wool. Allow him to continue expressing himself in the way that he is doing.

Okay,if he gets injured you'll be will firing back at me for saying this, I accept that but that's a chance worth taking in his present mood.

When Tom Bradbrook is fit where will he play, can he defend as his place is know Curts to lose as far as I can see.

Stop trying to get rid of our goal machine Micheal. I for one still want to collect my 20-1 at the end of the season.
