Kob's comments....

At half-time we were on the verge of a real setback and the lads did well to dig in to that priceless team spirit we have and use it to drive them on and get a very important draw.

We started well enough and were the better team for the first 20 mins or so but then conceeded two poor goals and there was a point where I sensed the team was starting to lose belief. Without Ryan, Jermaine and Dean available it was unusual to see us line up playing 4-4-2. But again we showed what strength we have in depth. Dan worked tirelessly in the centre-forward role, and with a less heavy final touch on 2 or 3 occasions Ben could have had another hat trick. In that opening good spell, Jack was unlucky with a downward header that just didn't have quite enough power on it to get through their keeper.

I thought Ross was excellent and worked very hard in the centre of midfield, and Blocko was dominant second half, but for me the difference to us being able to get back in the game was Willo, again. Superb, especially second half, and a great delivery for the opening goal.

Man of the Match could have gone to Tarrsy for his half-time talk, because whatever he and Roachy said certainly made a difference. In the end Chris Fox got to take home the bottle of bubbly for what was an excellent performance from one of our newer signings, topped off with a terrific finish for our equaliser.

It was a rollercoaster of emotions - at half-time I was not in a good place - but again lads you showed we've got a special squad this season and just how important it is to have depth in the squad. Well done for yesterday. It does mean we've bagged only 5 points from 4 games, so now we have to make sure we don't waste all that hard work - 3 games coming up and we need nothing less than 9 points from them. Can we do it?

Nice game this one for us Guernsey fans. Someone or both will drop points.

From what i've seen of both sides I would say both are evenly matched so I'm going to go for a 2-2 draw in this one.

Donkey was right again ! I'm just too good ! Lol

You also said your game against Cobham would be very tight!

Yes I was just a little bit wrong on that one ! lol
