JUST MY OPINION BUT I FEEL THAT THE C.C.L. League Committee should suspend South Kilburn F.C from any further matches in Div 1.AS THEY ARE BRINGING THIS EXCEPTIONALLY WELL RUN LEAGUE INTO DISREPUTE,with there allegations of Racial Discrimination. They are personally, through there Manager sullying this great leagues reputation, and causing it great harm.

Need to be found guilty first, surely? League representative there, police there...

According to sources at Westfield there was actually a league rep at this game today so something should be done...obviously police being called after nothing will be done about but if the rep was there then maybe they'll be having a meeting sometime soon!!

Have they been charged or found guilty of anything? Not defending them as they sound a horrible lot but surely they need to be found guilty of something before action is taken?

No apparently it's fine to cast accusations even if you weren't there at any of their games HKP. I think they should be hung drawn and quartered and then spat on and then jailed.

Smudge,

Do yourself a favour and google "FA Standard Code of Rules". This is the template to which ALL Leagues in the National League System work when framing their regulations, which have to be approved by The FA in any case.

I'm fairly confident that you'll find that, while the CCL do have the power to suspend any club, they can only do so in exceptional circumstances and after a complaint has been made and investigated. In particularly serious cases, a club's parent County FA can suspend a club while an investigation is ongoing but I am unsure as to whether this particular incident would fall into that category. Again, a complaint would need to be made to South Kilburn's parent County in respect of their conduct.

While I'm not a CCL official, I do know a number of the League's officials and you can rest assured that they will act in the best interests of the competition at all times. Consider, for instance, the expulsion of Southall FC from the League five years or so ago for administrative, disciplinary and financial misdemeanours. They will be aware of whatever happened today and will wait until in possession of all sides of the story before doing anything.

Interestingly enough, the issue of today's CCL League Bulletin is being delayed by a few hours until sometime later this evening.
