Aa above average workmanlike performance from most of the team yesterday. Thought the team still needs tweaking in a couple of areas and once done then we may be in a position to climb out of the bottom 8 places. Finishing was woefull again yesterday and with a decent strike force and better shooting ability from midfield and defence we should have won by at least 6 goals. The defence let Harrow have a few chances as well so some work needs to be done there as well.

However, as said it was a slight improvement in the teams performance.

Right that is the report done which would have been written by some of the home fans if the match had been played at Hartsdown. Now for my real thoughts on the game.

A truely great team performance yesterday when all the lads played the best they have this season. I will not pick out any individuals as I said it was a team performance from numbers1 - 17 (I know but I include unsed subs as well).

The most telling remark I heard yesterday was from a fan who said 'what a pleasure not to hear the moaning and groaning of our fans at home. Against W&F when 5-0 up they were still moaning. I much prefer going away that watching at home'. Enough said I think.

Think your missing the trick here Jim the home fans (myself included - sometimes) become incensed when the team dont play the way we KNOW they can play at home. Fortress Hartsdown isnt quite there yet but its coming methinks and yes I agree that the fans do tend to get on the teams back at home but at least they are still coming. :)

Superb performance, and a thoroughly-deserved three points. We were by far the better team and, if it wasn't for their keeper, we probably would've been a couple of goals to the good at half-time. Solid at the back again as well, which was very encouraging to see. Think we restricted them to two attempts at goal, which Overland was equal to.

A very good team performance, and a very satisfying result.
