There's one house on the dugout side. He's happy to work with the club though.

 

We're looking to keep everyone happy rather than force something through and then face obstacles the next time we need to make improvements.

I would like to see jb as assitant with a very experienced manager until end of the season , then jb can learn a bit more managerially and continue playing and take it on full time next season , with that little bit more experience and as you say Ng if he can committ the time to the job , and of course with the same keeper coach/groundsman
