Surely we're allowed to want the best, push for the future, have ambition and have a target of reaching CCL Prem and higher!!!???

If by 'always been a prem side in their eyes' you mean that individuals associated with the club and players have always thought that they are good enough to be in the CCL Prem, then I agree, as why wouldnt every club wish to be in the Prem? Why wouldnt every club currently sat in the CCL1, prefer to be playing a step higher, playing against higher teams, challenging themselves?

If by 'always been a prem side in their eyes' you mean that due to the fact they have been striving for several years now to get planning permission for a stand, floodlights and to improve the facilities at the club, in order to be eligible to enter in to the CCL Prem, upon winning the CCL 1, then I agree.

If by 'always been a prem side in their eyes' you mean that the committee, players past and present, management have always thought that they are better than other teams and above the CCL1, then I disagree.

Otherwise......you will need also, to explain to me too please mate....

Touchy today I must say,2 mind readers and a realist.Lets look at what Knaphill have acheived over the past 2 years,a ground up to Premiership standard,a pitch the envy of most,Lights state of the art, changing rooms to die for.Why have they spent all this time, effort, and money to do these things, because they have always believed they are a Premier side. What I do find ironic is that after they have done all this, there has been a mass exodus of Capable Premiership Players, for what ever reason.Milesy I know you moved, and that was the reason for you moving on,but why the others?Diggity has been long term injured.Ellers knows what you need to get out of C.C.L. 1,thats why he has pm'd Speed Boat, whoever he is, Premier class players are what is needed to get out of C.C.L.1,as we all know.

Fair comment.

Think it was a mix of things with the players leaving few had their own issues whether it be with individuals, external problems, attitude, others I think, like you quite rightly have said, can simply play higher and have chosen to take that opportunity. Its a shame, as Knaphill will now need to take a bit of time to rebuild their squad. I dont know Ellers, but he seems to have a lot of respect on this forum and for that reason, I am sure the aim will be promotion next season.
