Goals in short supply at present but we have the first and its not good news.

Goal '24: Long Buckby 1-0 Dunstable Town. Rob Foster sets himself up for a long range volley. Goal of the season candidate.

Royston Town 1 Thetford Town 1. Tommy Malins restores parity with a superb finish following a cracking ball by Jack Bradshaw.

GOAL. Hertford 1 Holmer Green 0. 35 mins. Draper picks the ball up on the corner of the penalty area. Shoots but turns away in disgust. Draper looks back when the crowd behind the goal erupt in celebration. Keeper has had a mare at the near post.

First half was uneventfull with both teams unable to get on the end of anything. Berko took the game to Oxhey more in the second half finally getting their reward for an improved display with goals from Wardle and Bunker. The defence also played a big part managing to keep the pacy Oxhey strikers from starting any fightback. Todays referee was by recent standards excellent, no bookings, he let the game flow and was consistent in his decisions all afternoon.
