When I am back on my feet (just had a knee operation meaning I am on crutches for the rest of 2011) we will have to get in touch and think about sharing petrol costs and driving, especailly when we are in a hgher division next season ......................

Sorry for hassling certain people like an old woman yesterday, but it was great to get a few of us to go in the tin shed to make some noise. Even mentioned in the non league paper write up that the crowd was noisy and Biggleswade seem to have a few more fans of all ages.

I think that record crowd number will go a bit higher towards the end of the season. The 376 at our place was on a Tuesday night! So far only Rugby have brought any numbers, about 40. I'd guess in total at Beaconsfield for our game against you we had 75-100 in total spread around the ground. Expect anything up to a 1000 when you come to us in March. Given that we only have 3 teams within 40 miles of us and you have 11 teams within 15 miles of Slough! I'd expect more of your fans to go to away games. Last year we had 1500 at home to Kings Lynn and 800 at home to St Ives.

Sounds to me like you have a load of part-time charlies who only turn up for big games if your average is c.350 yet you get over 1000 for some games!
