Would you like to be served at the club before, during & after the match

Only feasible answers as we only have the basics but could we not vary our menu somewhat to include something a bit different.

Also would be nice to hear from those who maybe don't eat from the burger bar but would if something different was on the menu

as stated on the other thread a vegi burger or a spicy bean burger.

A chicken burger would be nice for a change (Tonbridge do them and they are nice)

In the club house-

Jacket spud

Sandwiches / Rolls in the summer months

basket meal deal (chicken nuggets and chips, sausage and chip etc)

Homemade vegetable soup, cheap and easy to make.

Lentil or vegetable curry and rice.

Vegi burgers in Tesco are less than £2 for eight and are really nice.

Free peanuts in the bar with lots of added salt to make punters thirsty.

We give out spicy Bombay mix and usually some peanuts before and during most games

As for the chips, not sure we have a chip fryer anymore

Agree there Yellow.

I'd like Fish in home (club) made Old Speckled Hen batter

(Served with a bottle of the stuff of course)

You could go into Iceland and spend a tenner and come out with loads Of snacky party sorta food which might be good on the bar or as like a sharer side thing for people to share. Loads of veggie stuff too. And could easily make money in it

You can pick what ever menu you like but i always used to find that on Saturday , after the game, i felt hungary and needed something so enable a few more pints to go down. Money then made from food sold and extra piints sold.

Mid week , going to he bridge straight from work, the chicken nuggets and chips went down well. Bridged the gap and allowed a few pints to flow.

So its not what you are going to sell , its when , to entice paying cold, hungary fans.

In midweek, coz I get to the club about 6 I don't usually have time to eat beforehand

I usually grab a hot dog or burger at the ground but in all honesty I don't really enjoy it,it's more out of necessity to eat.Food at the majority of football grounds, especially lower leagues are pretty poor, they are designed to make money rather than for customer satisfaction.

If we had something like balti pies,I would probably eat two a game,as long as they were decent ones.

You would be surprised how much a nice bit of food can go a long way to helping to make peoples footballing day a lot better

I would just like to point out that these are all suggestions on making things better not demands ;)
