Is this the sort of line up that coulod play tomorrow night.

It seems not high on CK's priorities-but for me-i'd like to win this cup -and get some cup games in the months of jan and Feb.

A bit of a fringe team-but still capable of winning:

Lamprell

corneille, beales peachey, robinson

burchell, coleman,, sherman taylor

jackman grant.

(maybe taylor is cup tied though !

So are you saying supporters like me who will spend their hard earned money and valuable time, should not expect to go and see our team try and win this match??

If this is so, then this is surely taking my money under false pretences!

I bought my Season Ticket and my wife's good favour under the apprehension that every match i see will have the best team out trying to win..tell me if I have been misinformed.

I know (don't be a plonker) I am just trying to make the point that supporters will commit money & time to support matches league/cup home and away, and if MFC enter these competitions then they should attempt to win everyone. Interesting some are saying beat Ramsgate we get Charlton next (away), why is this cup different to the League Cup. Would suggest League cup is a harder cup to win and would carry more quedos!!

You can't beat a bottle of quedos. I don't think anyone is saying we should deliberately lose but this competition is ill-conceived. Both clubs will lose money tonight. If 50 people turn up Met Police won't even be able to pay the officials, and I expect we've hired a coach. Don't forget the gate money is split (after expenses), so that'll be £3.47 for both teams. At least in the KSC there is the chance to play Charlton and have a full-on HATEFEST next Tuesday.
