Guernsey FC v Feltham

Recommended Posts

The Gareene Stand is sold out.

It will be sold out every week early now because its winter, so thats 720 attendance minimum plus those brave enough to risk a soaking standing around the pitch ! Well done if you are braving the elements !

I will be getting a soaking before and after the match anyway as I'm helping to move the barriers every home game ! lol

arent the priaulx league clubs unhappy with it though?

All the clubs voted yes when asked, they cant complain now. Few dinasours are though. They need to see the bigger picture.

I would have thought all those in the official travelling party would be allocated seats. Thats the way I used to do it.

disappointingly playing football myself tomorrow so will miss the first half. Hopefully make it for the second.

Hopefully the weather cheers up a bit as it's pretty grey at the moment...although not raining.

Expect the flood lights will need to go on during this game at some point.

Not sure what the crowds have ever been like at U21 Muratti, can't say i've ever been to it and I don't think it's really publicised in the same way that the senior one is. I'm sure they get alright crowds but I don't know what kind of attendance is standard for that game.

Under 21 Ambassaduer Bowl -1pm Kick Off - Venue The Track, Guernsey.

As long as there is not extra time and penalties, if you miss either the end of one or begining of the othe,r you can do both!!

Ah good point ! I didn't realise it was a 1.00pm kick off.

I still won't be going down as i'm helping move barriers at Footes Lane.

Hope the lights have been tested, stranger things have happened.

They have been used already recently this season for rugby

GD ....Rugby ! Will that ruin the pitch for your footballers as the season progresses ?

We have good groundsman so I hope they can keep the pitch in good order. After the end of the last Rugby season the pitch still looked very good but now with Rugby and Football going on more regularly only time will tell I guess.

i think its good i had a good chat with steve dewsnip? after our game an all involved want the best for the players an everyone involved with the club and are all pulling in the right direction from what i gathered in the conversation. i know its roughed up a few people and although we lost was a pleasure to be a part of the day guernsey do things the right way on the pitch an off it to!

We enjoyed the visit to Bedfont too. You've got a great pitch there and a brilliant club house. Our clubhouse is being built now I hope its as good as yours !.

Our aim is to bring a bit of colour and some good hearted banter to away games. Our travelling support is probably a bit of a novelty for the other CCL teams as well.

GD where is the new clubhouse that is currenly being built?
