Rhodes - as a non-driver, how did you get to the 92 grounds that you visited? I'm going to shock you now! In my teenage years I used to take football special trains to destinations like Manchester, Doncaster, London etc, and NOT go to the games!

And you are wrong yet again. Finished the 92 for the first time in 2010/11 season, recompleted at Brighton last season and a trip planned to Rotherham this season to bring me back to 92. I'm currently on 145 league grounds.

So this would be 1977 that you completed this then with your 18th birthday being 14 June that year.. As we have already established Wimbledon and Wigan were not in the football league at this time therefore your original 92 should include the teams that you correctly pointed out they replaced namely Workington and Southport yet I seem to recall that you said you didn't go to these grounds ergo your list is incomplete. I would ask SJJ2112 the same question but as he quotes 145 league grounds I am making the educated guess that he has included former league grounds and so his '92' would not have this rather embarassing statistical anomaly within it.

I believe that under strict 92 Club rules it doesn't count. In the same way that if a club drops out of the league and then re-enters you have to revisit, or if a club rotates it's pitch through 90° then you have to revisit.

 

But, I am not looking to enter the 92 Club, and as far as my list is concerned then I have visited 91 of the current 92 league grounds.

 

At this point I expect Rhodes will begin a huge tirade of abuse about me not having done the 92 - but frankly I don't give a flying [****!!****] what he thinks, on this matter, as on every other, I have absolutely no respect for his opinion.

 

When someone is as hypocritical as he is it makes it very easy to dismiss their opinion!
