Which club ground in division 1 serves the best food?

Recommended Posts

Guernsey or Worcester Park for me.

It always does confuse me though when we are suppose to athletes and football clubs serve greasy sausages and chips after a game.

AFC Walingford use to be the best for players. They'd lay on all sorts. Sarnies, chips, sausages, burgers, noodles, pasta...The list goes on! I'm usually one of the last out the shower so never much left by the time I make it.

For supporters I'd say the Cove burgers (thanks to my Dad), Worcester Park or Spelthorne Saturday was a decent mix

Are we talking food for players or supporters?

Had a burger at Guernsey at the weekend, it was OK but not that great, it was £9 for two burgers, cup of tea and a bottle of drink for my boy.

When I went to Eversley at the beginning of the season the burgers weren't quite ready at half time (serves me right for being at the back of a long queue!!) so placed my order and then was told it would be brought over to me if I wanted to go and watch the game..... 5 mins later a very kind gent handed me my burger along with a few other people. Nice burger it was too but was more impressed with the service.

Have to saw though the food at Feltham is top draw.

Did they charge you extra for the other people? :)

Sorry, had to be done before BJR got there!
