League Ground Pass - Used in the League Cup?

Who gets these free passes, one assumes they have done something to deserve it?

 

All member Clubs get a number (4 or 5) of CCL Complimentary passes (issued by the League) that should allow the holder access to any CCL game. All Clubs except Guernsey of course as everyone over there is mega rich

No I aint got much time for him don't know why he had to make up who he has played for because he was always gonna get found out with todays technology so readily available to everyone,no I was standing with Derren, Giddo and Craig had a chat with Bob Barnes and also Simon Brand and also Derrick Griffiths who watched the 1st half then went off to Krooner Park to watch your 2nd half.

why don't you just pay up this is the money that all of our teams rely upon why shouldn't you pay ? I pay everywhere I go and have not got a problem with it I also have a burger and a cup of tea or whatever is on offer because I know this revenue also helps our clubs, I think everyone should pay on the gate after all there are always discounted entrance fees set for kids and oldies why should anyone be exempt,.
