I am not sure who I owuld like to go up but out of the top 3 at the moment I would go for Egham. Would like Windsor to stay down for a couple of seasons. Nothing against the people there I just feel that new clubs should start at the bottom. That is well documented.

I'm not sure where you get that from. Its a football game not a basketball game. There are always going to be challenges and molesey were leaving their foot in aswell including one involving me when your left back left his foot in on me in first half. I don't suppose you heard your no.6 giving it the big one asking if our 17 year old left back would like a broken leg.considering how small he is, if he gives it in other games, someone will take him up on that and he could be on the receiving end of a bad challenge.

And before you say anything about me being bias or anything, I spent a season at molesey so know the management and some of the players today well. I had a good chat with them all after the game and they were quite happy after the game accepting that we were the better team. And as for the ground being horrible, I think you are mistaken. Our pitch is superb (bar the slope) and does not suffer from the infamous 'molesey boble' at walton road.

I think today was a bit of a reality check for your team today as to what football can really be like and sometimes you have roll up your sleeves and be strong

Wars 3-0 south kilburn not a classic but a good 3 points against a workmanlike kilburn.wars opened the scoring with good quick feet from Joseph beating 3 defenders and squaring to baker for a tap i'n.wars had to wait a while for the second when good work from baker hitting a good diag ball to dias who rattled the bar from 20 yards the ball came out to the edge and bugden managed to run through and poke it through the keepers hands 2-0 wars.second half the tempo dropped kilburn hit the bar and had another long range shot that dilly tipped wide wars got there third when two subs linked up neaves with the cross and Spencer with the header 3-0 wars good 3 points and must say kilburn were not as bad as people made out not violent or physical quiet the opposite they cried for alot of decisions and their gaffer got sent off too for a comment to the lino

Theres a difference between being strong and what was going on today...

I accept both sides were at it but the way our number 6 was being targeted was ridiculous!

But I think the main reason it was so physical today was because the referee didn't clamp down on it early letting things spiral out of control. I guess you spoke to our management a while after the final whistle since our managment didn't seem in very charitable mood on the whistle!

I have to say Elf Mole , on my visit to Worcester Park early in the season I found everyone connected with the club welcoming and friendly ...the team played some cracking football beating CB Hounslow and the ground has all the charm and character that I love about non league football !

The reason why your no.6 was targeted was because of the things that he was saying!he carried it on all game so what do you expect to happen? I just think you didn't realise how much of a battle it would be today for which your boys didn't really fancy it. We don't go out to be nasty or anything but if the need arises then we will rise to it.

I agree with you about the ref. I think he and the two linesmen had a poor game today and didn't help matters when it all kicked off.

I'm not surprised they weren't charitable after the game seeing as they had just lost to a team in the league below.

The management were all friendly after the game and we were talking about the game and they said we just about deserved it as you adapted to the loss of a man better then we did and it was all you in the second half. Thankfully I had a decent game and managed to really help contribute to the win. I think the save in the first half when it was still 1-0 and then we got the penalty to make it 2-0 was a major point. And then obviously all the saves in the 2nd half were majorly important :-)

Thanks for your comments andy. As you saw that game we don't go out to hurt anyone but as you can imagine, if the tackles are going in we aren't the type of team to backdown. I was extremely proud of the team today considering the start we have had and hopefully we can use this result and go forward with it.

Spelthorne Sports 2-0 Knaphill. FT.

Scorers: Staples, OG.

Tough first half today as we had to defend for most of the first half. Spelthorne lucky to keep their skipper on the pitch after hauling down our forward in what looked like last man. Second half was stretched with neither keeper really having to be called into action.

Tough break for the second as our keeper made a save on the 6yrd box, only for the palm away to hit our centre half and roll into the net. The typical luck you get when things are tough! Lovely pitch at there and they are a very good side, credit to them for playing good football.

Roll on Tuesday when Phil Ellery officially and finally takes over at the club!

Watched the first half spelthorne had a lot of the ball and played some nice stuff good first goal and could of had 3 or 4 but think wattsy was spot on saying the it was a red for the sports skipper pulling coombes back and being the last man was very lucky.

Knaphill have lost a lot of players looked like 3 new players jay, warren, big Jim need 4 or 5 more to be mid table this season

Bedfont sports 2-1 westfield

We started very well after last weeks disappointing display created a few descent chances but not really troubling henry in goal then against the run of play westfield scored through panter free kick take a bow top bins from 25 out!! Game evened out with both playing descent football ! Aston ventour equalising after a great run into box an ball trickled over line ! Then

sports had a man sent off after a clash with panter just before half time!

Second half was all sports forcing henry into a few good saves with the game turning into a good hard battle it was us who wanted it more then ventour again slotting home ! Westfield could of have a pen in last few minutes ive seen them given but we held firm for a good three points!!

Nln sorry had to dash good to ave a chat an put a name to the face !!

Very fair report on the game. We really didn't turn up for the 2nd half and your comment about you wanting it more than us was said more than once in the changing room after the game and what dissapointed us most. I thought Bedfont showed why they are and will be up there come the end of the season as they were very professional and played really well when down to 10.

Well done today you deserved the 3 points and we'll see you back at our place.

Yeah your right. The ref said he (Jay) would've been caught by tracking back defenders, but still doesn't make sense as he IS the last defender!

Big Jim in goal has been in our reserves for a few months, but your right about players we need to bring in. A friendly this Tuesday will be good as it means Ellers can finally take over and we can try some new things/players ready for a massive six pointer next Saturday at home to Farleigh Rovers!

Love the comment in the Match Proggramme at Windsor todayabout GIuldford City

The facilities on offer to supporters was basic to say the least no club bar well not what you would recognise as a bar, toilets which at best looked as if they were straight out of Dickensian novel, and no covered terracing of note.

here comes first firework of the evening who the f*ck are gludford city must be another new club who should not be in this league and yes twathorse not that old nutshell again

Sorry didnt see you NLN.

Good report newby think westfield only had one shot first half and 1 goal.sports first was a bit lucky but no more than they deserved.

Stu got sent off just before h/t but I didnt see it and I don't think anyone on the line see it or the ref and lino but there you go.

2nd half I thought westfield would come out and take the game to bedfont but gav went to c/half and ran the game it was all bedfont and in the end the goal came and it was no more the the team deserved for the 2nd half display a lot of young players on the pitch running themselfs into the ground.

The last min pen was offside but it was a drive from where i was.big 3 points today with all around winning

I don't have to play with this every week. It was a physical game. Molesey put in a fair few challenges aswell. As for gravesey, I didn't see the incident and I presume it was accidental as gravesey didn't make a big deal of it and the ref didn't take any action. Do you know why? Because its football and these things happen. When I spoke to gravesey he didn't mention anything to me. Games like today happen all the time and I remember a molesey player called dan lucas who was hard but fair but I bet you never complained about that.

Games like today happen in every league all over the world. Get over it and move on. As little pete said after the game, you have bigger fish to fry like the league and hanworth on saturday for which I hope you get a result just like I told steve, pete and alan.
