We were poor in the first half but much better in the second half J.Spence got our goal in the second half and if he took his two other good chances he could have got a hatrick. For me S.Ensom and D.Haule were our best players today.

 

It was my first ever visit to Oxhey Jets and i enjoyed it. Its a nice club, ground and clubhouse and i think they should finish in the top 8 they have some good players.

Would like to say, Holmer Green really contributed to this game greatly and only late goals made the scoreline look like a one sided game. They really belied their lowly position in the league.

Goals today from Craig Butler (21p), BJ Christie (29), Danny Ryan (65), James Baldry (74), Terry Billy (80) and Ryan Quinn (84) for AFC. Two Andy Shed goals (18 & 49) for Holmer. Was 2-2 with 25 minutes left.

Yes Peter I know £150 fine and no appeal available. Am waiting till I have spoken with several people who were at the game before deciding on whether a report is required about the referee. Have e-mailed them with a breakdown on how to mark officials as laid out in handbook and will discuss fully with them tomorrow.
