Can I just put the record straight. Dave Ford has not stepped down or resigned or anything else you care to mention. He has a lot of work on at the moment and hasn't been able to commit as much as he would have liked over the past couple of weeks. Mark Anderson has been with us all season as his assistant and everyone felt the need to add to the coaching team. Paul Harkness has already been coaching the team and taking some training sessions. He left his post with Farnborough Academy last week and joined us on Friday.

A little birdie told me E&E but is there any truth in the reason as to why Epsom & Ewell reserve team manager left E&E to become 1st team Assistant Manager at Chessington & Hook because of poor administration which ''allegedly'' has resulted in E&E reserves being suspended for a month ?

Interesting why E&E haven't had a game since 3 December ? I wonder if the Suburban League Fixture Secretary or even E&E can confirm .......hope I haven't touched on another nervy subject !
