Kroooonz, a little birdie told me yesterday that players are not playing for the manager. There is dispruption in the ranks with players, so expect there will be some leaving.... .....we will see !

 

Paying good money at Camberley, perhaps the manager Dazza is not getting the players support ? ..... but certainly something is going on there..........?

 

I know Barnard reads this site, but as I have said before, its seems he has banned any player making any comments on here, I could be wrong, so Darren come out of the woodwork and spill the beans.........

Seen camberley twice in the last year, on both occasions mr Barnard has selected two players from the opposing team and told them consistently how [****!!****] they are throughout the game. Funnily enough, this has pumped the other teams up and camberley have gone on to lose both games. Maybe he should concentrate on providing advice to his own team and a change in results may occur.

Have fowler and davenport kept the same players from start of season or have there been a couple of odd signings here and there?

If it is the same squad credit has to go to the players and management team for sticking together and building a side that has started to produce some good results recently. Good luck

spoken to webby as redders has said hes a very good friend but can confirm he is not jumping ship just yet he is a winner and a leader although there is interest from other clubs for him ( there always is) i know he wouldnt jump ship just cause the chips are down!

Yes there have been a couple of signings,but basically the same core of players.

Different scenario, I beleive that Barnard has much more involvement with Camberley than just being joint manager. Sullivan was just the manager, prerhaps thats why Barnard will not leave Camberley.

 

Stirring it ? Smudgeyboy is at it again GD, he's not reading posts properly ! How can I be stirring it when I said ''I could be wrong'' !

 

All I have asked is for an honest opinion from either one of their players or Barnard as to why they feel they are getting these results of late, what is wrong with that ? I know 'Dazza' reads this site but selects to say nothing on it, cos its probably he's warn out shouting and abusing ref's on Saturdays......lol !!!

NICE GUY,why would anyone from Camberley want to reply to you on here.You alledge,assume,lol,in nearly all your posts.Maybe if you wanted a reply you should visit Camberley personally,and ask for yourself.But as a faceless person,you will not.But I will give my take on matters after talking to several people connected with the Club on Saturday.Camberley is first and foremost a Community Club,which was shown on Saturday,when the U'8's had a match on the main pitch against Curley Park Rangers before the Croydon game,Parents,Relatives and Friends present,having a great time and partaking of Food and drink,very entertaining it was too,ended 2-2,some of these youngsters and Parents stayed to watch Camberley v Croydon.There is also the disappointed of not getting planning permission for a new stadium,which I was told cost the Club in the region of £8000 for soil tests,legal fees,stopped by a minority of locals over a Majority of locals.Another non helpful Local Authority,when push comes to shove. Lets get to the Playing side,yes Camberley do have some good Players on Paper,who probably get Paid a decent amount,but if they do not perform on a regular basis to their ability,is that the Managers fault,his tactics wrong or are they just Cheats.I would go with the latter,reason Croydon last year had Journeyman NAMES paid decent amounts,who when a better offer came in Left.My advice to a Camberley man on Saturday was you cant win the League now,have wholesale clear out of your players,and play some of your Youth,who would be proud to wear the shirt,and give you 110 per cent every game.This in turn saves the Club money,by not paying Players,and also earns the Club money by their Parents and Friends paying entrance fees.Whether they have the will to do this,I am not sure,but I hope someone makes a stand against so called player power.After all you can go to any park in Surrey/Hants on a Sunday Morning and see Ryman/C.C.L.STANDARD players playing for nothing with their mates.Where they all try and hate losing.

im neil woodyer, barnards no2,

 

i offen read the forum mostly on a sunday to see all the results and catch up on the day before and then veiwed this last night,

 

so i thought it right that someone came on and put it from the club side,

 

Lukey how are you i hope well, and all going well at the valley?

to say barney is a "c**k" and a big time pr***, in your words, have you every meet him, or is it all from what you have heard from others,

make up your own mind when you meet someone face to face,

 

to anwser about dale webb,

webby has told both darren and myself that he is to stay at camberley,

bedfont put a 7 day in for him and we allowed them to speak to him after 2/3 days,

but wonts to stay,

their was a small issue after the game which was delt with stright away after we relised their was just a misinterpretation

in what was said to dale,

i will give honest anwers to your points,

 

first players playing for the manager,

if they didnt wont to then they would leave the club, most players at this level play for a manager not a club,

which is why darren asked them on saturday night if anyone didnt wont to play for him or the club then they would be realised,

not one player has come back to us asking to go so from our point of veiw they are all playing for the manager,

now some of you will be think well their their for the money,

people get lost in the money thing at this level and how much they have and how much they have,

until you have been in a meeting with a chairman and manager when a budget is set its all hear say on who has what,

we have a budget but is it as big as everyone thinks?

someone asked why we havent gone up, the answer to that is we have never been good enough! with one up we all know its hard to win the prem

you need many things to win the prem, and its not all money.

their is no ban on any players talking, whats the point most players know people in other clubs and talk, hense this thread!

 

ng i see you put barnard as joint manager, darren is no1 on his own and does do a lot behind the scenes,

as for things going wrong behind the scenes well that couldnt be futher from the truth,

the club is run very well from top to bottom with everyone doing there bit,

the results have been poor of late but we are still playing good football,

people should give credit to croydon, horley, egham etc they all played well against us!!

but words our cheep so im not going to say we will do this and that,

we both believe 100% in what we are doing,

 

i hope this has answerd some poinst that people have made,

Re Mr Barnard, I have met him twice (not that he would have a clue who I am) and both times he has seen very arrogant. However, in saying that yes I do concede that my views are prejudiced somewhat from what others have said (I do add though that this is numerous people) and it's obvious one person I know very well has a major grievance with him.

In saying that though, I accept I shouldn't call someone a pr*ck based on the assumptions of two meetings and what others say, so I guess i should apologise, that was wrong, so well, I apologise.

 

Anyways woody I hope your keeping well, I'm sure your results will turn round, see you on the circuit mate.
