Good game of football played in the proper manner. Although Margate lost 2-4 they were better than the side we played at the start of the season.

Both sides had some good young talent of show Whitstables average age is 20 unsure about Margates but you did have a few of the first team Pullman Coleman and grant to name 3.

Yes it was just the 3 from the 1st team although as we know both Coleman and Grant have not made regular appearances for the 1st team. All 3 though, i thought had a decent game and they were all decent lads that had no problem being with or playing with any of the other Reserve players and offered plenty of encouragement to them.

I'll agree with that comment. As I haven't been in the Reserves dug-out for six weeks it was interesting to see the improvement from the start of the season and things are slowly moving in the right direction.

I'll also reiterate what Kev said about the 3 first team lads who played yesterday. First rate attitude from all three and especially it has to be said of Liam. The lad is on the transfer list and had to travel from his home in Colchester to play.

There will be a 'View from the dugout' on the official Website next week.
