More than happy to have a conversation with you Big Ant, never one to hide behind an opinion/comments. I didn't notice you were there today, but to be honest I wasn't exactly looking for you. Took a mate to the game who was down from Newcastle (plus we had 4 kids in toe) and he was very impressed with GFC, thought they were easily a step 4 side in the making.

 

I usually go to Div 1 games this season as did the prem last year - let me know what games you are at as Im sure our paths will cross....

 

Are you looking to get back into management again soon or have you decided to take a break for the rest of the season?? Perhaps Knaphill is a potential destination??

Chubby I will be following sports as they big place in my heart and got alot of friends down there.

Made the mistake of management to far from home and didn't work so knaphill is no good to me need something more local but happy at the min watching sports and see the ref making bad calls both ways and just laughing at it.

I watched the Bedfont/Guernsey match today. Bedfont threw everything they had at the visitors but the result was absolutely the correct one including the Bedfont goal which was definitely well deserved. If Bedfont could have played the whole match like that, the result might have been different.

 

I thought the name calling and general bad mouthing of the officials and the visiting team by a small number of home supporters was a disgrace to the club and the league but I have to admit I don't know what is considered acceptable at this level

 

It was sad to see the ref being constantly argued with. In spite of being one of the poorest I've seen at this level I think his bad decisions probably cancelled out.

Guernsey donkey thanks for the drink an chinwag even had a chat with some guernsey officials all good people !!

 

The game , we conceded early when guernsey came out of the blocks full pelt then from a set piece heaume with a free header not the best of starts. We then had a half chance vidal who was sports best player all afternoon forcing a routine save guernsey settled far quicker than us with allen a constant threat , two last ditch tackles stopping us from conceding more! We had half chances nothing more guernsey a few an hit the post! Then heaume scoring again just before half time.

2nd half got a bit feisty nothing more driver seeing red in what looked like a good hard tackle ref said was sent off for being to aggresive wtf. guernsey also having a man sent off for two yellows which was the wrong descision our keeper lucky to stay on also! Guernsey scored a third through allen an sports got a consolation through kanani!

Sports missing skipper ryan , owen, an azagba through injury an showed this today we were beaten by a fitter, stronger team you get tight they work harder they kept the ball better an there linkup play is awesome i do think if we hadnt of conceded early it may of been a different game that said we did an the result was never in doubt after this ! I stand by that it will take alot for them not to win this league there superior fitness an its like theyve played together for years!! That said we move on an get back to winning ways that is the first time weve been outplayed in the league maybe we were shocked we must be better next time!!!

Ref poor for both sides but assistant refs very good the man got all sending offs wrong the whole ground agreed on that i reckon

One more thing that was good to see was at the end the guernsey gk getting our little mascots to chase him they loved this an the whole day fantastic brought a smile to my face!!

i see some of the Guernsey players having a cheeky look over feltham and nerviously looking at the warlingham players, awaiting there trip to the mighty whytleafe from all the noise i thought it was about 6-0 to Guernsey! Unlucky marvel.

Couldn't believe how good Felthams pitch was! Yeah whytleafe's looking good mate were on a good run and we have a decent squad this year and our reserves have a quality squad aswell. What a good honest report, didn't see this one but have read all reports. It seems it is gonna take a lot for GFC not to win this League, i have seen them play a lot this season and your right thier fitness is second to none so many games the oppo have gone down with cramp.

 

They are a well run unit who have a cracking bunch of lads who want to better them selves all the time and playing the likes of Bedfont will only help. GFC had to start somewhere and maybe they should of gone straight into the Prem but im sure they are loving the experience of CCL1.

Tough one to call, Bedfont awesome at home (as SP know from last year!!) and a great defence ... Guernsey great defence also ... but i think the difference will be Guernseys goal scoring ability - 1 - 3 Guernsey.

 

Also I predict at least one sending off!

Having watched guernsey 3 times this year and knowing bedfont defense and keeper ( not the same as last season) I would be very surprised if Guernsey get mote than 1 but I will be 1-0 bedfont.

we'll see tomorrow at 5 o'clock BA - though you should be aware 20% of the time I'm right all the time!!!!
