I hadn't thought of that. What a great idea. In fact, go the whole hog and charge £8 for the programme. There already is the precedent of not charging the cover price for the programme.

 

More importantly, I hope that the car parking fiasco of last weekend is not repeated. I lost count of the number of people who complained to me as they were coming through the turnstiles. Or at least I hope they were complaining about the car parking.

Will the floodlights hold out this time though? As a neutral (Slough) fan I will be

popping down to watch Windsor and really could do without a wasted journey (again).

There was a friendly at Stag Meadow last Wednesday evening and the floodlights survived the whole match. I hate to think what the repercussions would be if they were to fail again.
