Not Lester Piggott or Scobie Breasley,but the newly formed Windsor F.C.Now up to 5th in the Premier,with games in hand over others.Before the season started,yours truly tipped them for the top 2,but after a shaky start that looked way of the mark.Have they improved vastly over the past few games,as they did have a totally new side.ANY VIEWS?

Be interesting to see the side they have out against on the return leg whenever that maybe to compare to what they had at the start of season. Maybe same or similar maybe little different.

Smudgeyboy, getting a few new players, playing better, more continuity and a big plus is their budget and of course O'Toole keeps scoring !!!

Funnily enough GF I was thinking of going as I went to the recent postponed game hence Free Entry ! I will have to see how work goes first tho' - Want to have a look at a few players ........... I will let you know. I will have a Stag round my neck, not a donkey.........lol !!!

Ryan Parsons and Chris Ellis are the only 2 regulars that didnt play against South Park in the first game of the season Blue and White Army. That game was the first competitive game for a group of players who had hardly played together before! IMO theres no doubt Windsor have improved since then and are still improving with every game! Still look shakey in defence at times but most teams i've seen this season are the same. Theres a long way to go yet and Windsor play Camberley, Guildford and Horley in the coming couple of weeks so we'll see how far they've come then i suppose! The Camberley game on Monday is free entry for everyone at Stag Meadow what better way is there to spend a Monday night as long as the lights stay on!!!

i was at first game until lights went out an i thought windsor were quality with the ball an were making cambo chase shadows i reckon it could of been 4 or 5 had the generator not failed!!

although webby tells me as i missed the first 20 it was all cambo before the windsor first goal i failed to believe!

 

anyone catch webbys sister at the game aswell i hope he reads this lol

they have not been mentioned much but with ryan o'toole banging them in they will always be a threat , have camberley lost any players or just a dip in form?

With my boring statto hat on, of the 14 games played this season (incl cup ties), 10 players have played in 10 or more games. Of these 10, 9 started the first league game against South Park and the 10th came on as a substitute.

also i see a s knowles scored x2 for sandhurst other day is this sam knowles ex fleet spurs and fleet town has he signed or just dual registered?

Correct Newby, Cambo were on top before Windsor scored, then had a rocky spell after conceding the goal. Then the lights went out.....

I wasn't that impressed by Windsor on Tuesday.

 

If RPV had played deeper and not wasted their chances I doubt Windsor would have won.

 

RPV were their own enemies on Tuesday.
