Whilst i doubt there will be many there to witness it-i'm really hoping that Margate win tonight .

 

This is a cup that we can win-and in the dull days of tuesday nights in january and february would add a bit of exitement into the mix.

 

Its not just the game i want and expect to win.

Its the cup itself.

Would be good to be the first winners of the Alan Boon Cup

We could always go to deadwood, sit in the rusty roofed stand, have a pint in a shed, sorry clubhouse. At least the players will have decent state of the art changing rooms, oh thats a shed too!!!! Maybe Southwood should be renamed Shedwood!!!!

Well done Margate. A home win at last!!!

I'd say our red friends envy Margate's position. We are a Ryman Premier club with permission for a new state of the art ground and a squad and manager that know what they are doing. Who'd be a red eh!!!!!!

Good perfromance last night, all played well and fully deserved the win, the changes to the team didnt appear to weaken it and there were some solid performances all round, again the keeper played well not much to do but came and took his crosses well, just get a feeling that they are now getting to grips with what CK wants and performances are becoming more consistent,

Spot on GT, I too thoroughly enjoyed the game, the fringe players acquitted themselves well.

 

 

Thought that the "fringe" players made strong claims for their positions but in the second half I would say they did look tired, not a criticism because we were totally dominant first half and held them well in the second. Did anyone there notice why they are'nt scoring though........... Mr Tate is their No 10 ............. lol.

I didn't say that at all and if you look said picture has been unapproved.

 

What I am saying is that certain Ramsgate fans come on here posting trying to wind up our fans where maybe they should stick to their own forum, then Margate fans wouldnt have need to react.

 

PS I for one couldn't care less what :elephant: and ginger nut say though.
