London Tigers vs Leverstock Green change of venue

Recommended Posts

Next Saturday's scheduled first team fixture at London Tigers has been switched to Pancake Lane due to problems with the Tigers home ground.

Meanwhile the reserves Herts Intermediate Cup home tie against Croxley Guild will now be played at Croxley's ground, kick-off 2.30 pm.

All the copper was ripped out so no showers or heating. Being fixed by next week I am told. Some additional information on the game at Pancake Lane.

Please note that this Saturday's game against London Tigers is classed as an AWAY game despite being played at Pancake Lane. Leverstock Green season tickets will NOT be valid. Admission charges are £6 per adult, £3 for OAPs and children under 16, and £1 for programmes.

Uncle T - Whilst you're here what has happened to Kevin Gallen out of interest

Uncle T - Unless your reply is tongue in cheek I don't believe you have no idea why Gallen is no longer plying his trade at Pancake Lane, I'm assuming you are on the Committee or Management at the Club

Karen - If Uncle T was just a fan or a player he wouldn't have known that all the copper at the Viking Ground had been ripped out so there were no showers or heating, he sounds like he has a position of authority at Pancake Lane.

More proof that you never read anything that anybody else posts.

At 19:56 on 8th October 2011, following the postponement of London Tigers v Oxhey Jets, The Jets posted the following :

"There was an apparent break in at the Tigers home ground - Some one stole all of the copper Pipe work, leaving the changing rooms unfit for use. "

Everybody that reads this forum knew the reason - do we all have "a position of authority at Pancake Lane?"

Savagebee - It's a fair question, Gallen has just disappeared off the face of the earth without trace

Rhodes - It seems that nobody on this forum knows the whereabouts of Mr Gallen or is interested in the whereabouts of said player.

Move on.

Rhodes - As I already told you in the Kevin Gallen thread, if you are that desperate to find your long lost love, visit the Leverstock Green website and check out club information and there you will find the e-mail address or even mobile numbers of people on the committee. SIMPLES

Who knows Rhodes, he may just make a flying visit to Loftus Road today, like another of your loved one's did not so long ago.

If you're that frustrated you could always buy yourself a mag from the top shelf???

Okay, back to the topic of this thread and yesterday's match report, Leverstock Green must be concerned by their dip in form with just one point from their last five league games:
