Knaphill FC 1st Team Manager Resigns

Knaphill Football Club have today received the resignation of 1st Team Manger Adie Wilson. The team have suffered from a long run of defeats and Club Chairman, David Freeman, accepted Adie’s notice to resign with immediate effect.

Adie Wilson has been at Knaphill FC for the past four years as Reserve and 1st Team Manger, separated for a time with being on the management team at Sheerwater FC & Cobham FC. Adie was appointed joint 1st Team along with David Freeman after the resignation of Bob Pritchard at the end of 2010. Knaphill FC would like to express its thanks to Adie for his hard work over the past year with the 1st team however Adie will remain at the club with his U18’s girls side for whom he has managed and enjoyed unrivalled success with over the last few years.
