This midweek again sees the 1st Team without a match but both the Capital League side and the Under-18’s are in action.

This evening (Monday) the Under-18’s, still with a 100% league record this season, take on Hampton Under-18’s in a Ryman Youth League match, kick-off 7.45 p.m. The team was unlucky to lose in the FA Youth Cup last time out and will be keen to get back on track tonight.

It is of only academic interest now, but were we to have beaten Uxbridge, and them Needham Market, we would have been facing AFC Wimbledon at home in the 1st Round Proper of the FA Youth Cup.

On Wednesday evening, we have a first ever meeting with Kentish Town FC, whose reserve team will be visiting Short Lane in a Capital League match, also kicking off at 7.45 p.m. Our visitors’ 1st Team play in the Spartan South Midlands League
