Reflecting upon CK's post match interview with wellsie-i think he takes great credit for the level headedness he shows in that interview.

 

Whatever he was feeling inwardly-be it the penalty decision and/or the capitulation of the team second half-the way (at least publicly ) conducts himself in that interview deserves praise imo.

 

As i was not there to witness it-maybe -on this occasion-i don't fee;l quite so sick ,bitter and twisted about the result as many who witnessed it themselves-but CK must be livid-and to adopt a cool approach and not publicy blame the ref deserves full praise imo.

 

I'l be the first to admit i was ambivalent about CK's original appointment; but am increasingly impressed.

I think a certain maturity helps on Ck's behalf,and i believe we are in 'safe hands'.

 

(i may feel different by saturday night though if we have not progressed to the next round of the league cup-which i seriously expect us to win the game and then the outright cup-and the next round of the trophy !! )
