In his interview with wellsie (sounds like he went for a job interview ) does Jake leberl pour water on this and make efforts to re-assure all that WW is very much part of the squad .

 

Hope WW injury is not too bad as now thought- and he can still make a majpor impact for margate in the coming months.

Funny how things can change-he could be our major player in the second half of the season as 'Gate go on an unbeaten home run.

Thinking back to the start of the season-in those early games,Curtis robinson did not get in the side (maybe a trait if voted player of the year );but seems to have re-established himself.

 

i am sure once fit, WW can do exactly the same thing and prove he is a quality player-who i am sure can improve under the tutelage of CK and JL

Wayne has not been as effective recently as he was when he first joined Margate, and I don't think 'if your face fits' theory is the reason he is not getting starts.

 

One thing I have always wondered: why does he not play up front? He has the size, and can kick the ball hard at the goal, surely two of the main attributes required.

 

Anyway, I wish him a speedy recovery.

Agree-not so good (as previously in first half of last season- were we expecting too much anyway from the player of the year )-but got better and better in second half of season.

 

Can't really comment on this season-as Jake says-with his injuries-his season has'nt really got going.

 

Hope he gets a run in the side soon.

Was'nt wayne having some sort of scan/diagnosis last monday ?

 

I wonder how it went for him-positive prognosis i hope and he can commence re-building his season with margate real soon.
