Chipstead 0 Ricay 3

Another very solid performance by us with a comfortable win in a game that could easily have been a "banana skin"

Chipstead looked fortunate not to concede a penalty and have a man sent off when one of their defenders saved on the line at 0-0 - but once again we just got our heads down and got on with the job.

A first half header from Rob Swaine, was followed in the second half by a Dave Knight penalty(given by the lino after the ref appeared to wave play on) and a fine finish from Harrison from an incisive Edwards through ball.

Our centre-halves were again fantastic - Morgan must have been more bothered about getting sunstroke than anything else. We were also able to give young Billy Radley 90 minutes as well.

It must be getting twitchy time for the Stattos with four consecutive away wins and Knight now scoring in four consecutive games.

I think the biggest compliment I can pay to the lads is that they made what could have been a very tricky tie look very easy.

Well done again lads - Keep on rocking!

Come on you Blues!!

Which bits Gazza? I'm just about to do a website plug/Facebook event for the quiz night.

Other than that I think it's fairly up-to-date in the major areas.

U21s coverage should improve soon, once I've scheduled some training time with the person who will be doing that.

And if anyone wants to volunteer to curate other sections/teams, drop me a line at webmaster@billericaytownfc.co.uk

Were Chipstead playing goalie when needed? Outrageous handball gone unpunished. In tight games those decisions can cost. Stroll in the park once Swaine put us 1 up. Just hope Junior being taken off at HT was a precaution and that Semakula is fit for Tuesday against Hastings. £4,500 in the bank and the best Cup run since the Swansea season.

As Ryan said a stroll in the park. In the end the bad decisions didn't matter. We look very organised and were never troubled. They didn't seem like happy bunnies at the end :)

Next up Southend Manor at home please.

Well, the quiz night details would be nice but I was more thinking of having the player profiles and pictures on the site. I cn provide if you haven't got them as well as the Under 21's and Ladies fixtures...not forgetting something about the Colts....

...and the club shop is still displaying the Hill Piling shirt.

I fully appreciate this all takes time which isn't (tell me about it)...if you want any further information let me know....
