Went to watch Bedfont v Frimley today, very drab 1st half and disappointing display from Bedfont....was expecting better things. The noise sounded more entertaining from neighbours Feltham so went over to watch their 2nd half v Eversley. It was 0-0 after first half and second half started fast and furious with Feltham taking the lead very early on after some sloppy defending. After that though it was all Eversley who squandered a number of good chances before eventually (and deservably) drawing level with about 10 to go....2 mins later they went 2-1 up with a terrific volley from the big lad up top (ex Knaphill striker I think). Feltham looked a bit leggy in the blistering heat after going in front, Eversley played some decent football and IMO were worthy winners - however the team doesn't look to be the same as when I saw them play Guernsey in mid August, no Ray Spence, no pacey full back, no centre mid who battles for everything, different centre back partnership and a new keeper, don't get me wrong they still seem to have a good squad but just a bit surprised how different the line up was.

Heard the goals going in across the road and guessed right at 4-0!!! Shame as Frimley did well first half....and yes their behaviour and language was much better so credit where credits due.

Also, really good to see the League Chairman, John Bennett, at the Feltham game, great to see him back on his feet and watching games again, such a nice guy and genuine chap.

Like Feltham, Eversley had 4 or 5 missing today, but the squad in decent so a good 3 points. Definitely deserved bearing in mind the Feltham keeper kept them in the game 1st half 3 outstanding saves..one from Baker that I still can`t believe he kept out. ;) . Our keeper didn`t make a save in the whole game so that says it all really.

Would add a couple of points - Feltham pitch best i have ever seen it...amazing! .... And on a forum when refs take a lot a stick, how good Andy Braithwaite was. in total control without being up his own backside. A hard fought game but nothing malicious...hence no flashing yellow cards every 5 minutes... how refreshing to have an official that knows the difference and had all the players respect from start to finsish.

Feltham definately tired and the volume of hard games probably caught up with them on a V hot day. V good side though with lots of pace on the break and no doubt will be a top 5/6 side at the end.

Give this guy a medal. Lol, but to be fair, surmised the game succinctly and with the minimum amount of bollox ( coughs Westfield )

And I guess the league guy was behind me, as I got a bit of a berating for 1 untimely use of the c word. Apologies

Windsor 11 Banstead 0

Quite simply the worst performance i've seen from a team at Stag Meadow! Windsor were back to full stength today went 2-0 up then Banstead had their captain sent off for what appeared to be refusing to accept a yellow card! Most of the Banstead team then appeared to almost give up! Windsor were just walking through them with Banstead not chasing back or challenging! I have to say i was feeling sorry for them in the end! They had no subs and i assume they are playing on no budget! The management just sat in the dugout and gave up! Have to feel sorry for the keeper who strange as it seems was not at fault with any of the goals and pulled of a couple of fine saves! Finished 11-0 but to be honest it could have been far worse! Scorers were Ryan O'Toole 4 Kyle Anthony 3 Yash Romeo 2 Ryan Ashe and Ben Porter.

Shame for Cambo and Horley to not take advantage of Guildford dropping two points today. Although with games in hand, both could still go top.

Gutted we couldn't hold on and yes Kroons 10 players missed the game today unbelievable but can't be bothered to go on about that........thought we we're gonna hold on, before the game I would of taken a point so to lose all 3 in the last 8 mins was disappointing.

Wasn't totally convinced by Eversley today but good luck to them

You know Guvnor you'd earn far more respect if you one day came out with . "Yes we have a decent first XI that can give anyone a run for their money on our day but as title challenges go our squad simply isnt good enough" instead of berating missing players every week.

At the moment i'm finding it hard to see past Guernsey Hartley and Lammas for the top 3.

Cruical game at Woking Park next week where we will find out if the cup run will distract Hartley's promtion push or do Westfield have what it takes to maintain their early season form which has slumped last few games.

Lastly well done to Hartley and Hanworth- Woking at home anyone ??

Wood 2-3 Sandhurst. It could have been 9-9 on chances as both defences were outpassed and outrun all day.

Our top striker missed six good chances!

Thought a draw may have been fair but thats our season so far.

Very hot, poor crowd so a big NO to summer football!

WP 2-6 Lammas

Lammas visited last seasons champions and absolutley blew them away in 15 mins. Gary James, Matt Baxter, Jamie O connor and Shane rideout causing havoc up top. Gary james bagged a hatrick in the the first 7 minuted of the game. Then Baxter got in on the act with a tidy finish. Baxter also hit the post and had a header go wide from 6yrds. James grabbed his fourth with a lovely goal, which put lammas 5-0 up at halftime. Second half WP kept battling and got their rewards with 2 goals. Then James grabbed his 5th with a fantastic strike past the goalie. Great performance by the team and were starting to put some good results together now. Attcking play at times was frightening. MOM Gary james!!

Morning Chubbs it is very difficult getting players to come to our local sides when 3 or 4 clubs are offering ridiculous sums of money to players, the most dissapointing part is looking at some of thier benches and seeing really good players just sitting there and not taking part is it really worth 50 or 60 quid just to sit and watch and not even get your boots dirty,I would rather play for nothing than just be a bit part player WTF is going on.

Bedfont sports 4 frimley 0

Ant parked the big red bus first half !!

Second half after a talking to by the gaffer we were a different side took total control of the game with adam turner with a hatrick an kai francis on his debut good second half but could of been different had ref given a stonewall peno but when your not having any luck those descisions allways go against you!! Frimley were exemplary in defeat an there bench were good as gold the whole game!

Going to bedfont you need to ride you lucky and get some up the other end.

We did ride it for the 1st 15 but with 5 new players starting it takes time then the pen newby see I was a long way away but I think everyone in the ground thought it was but the man in black.

2nd half we started well a slip at the back and we went 1 on1 and the keeper made a good save.

My young left back had to come off and bedfont got a goal had to change formation and bedfont class and fitness start to show.

Good luck to gav stu and all the boys bedfont will be in the top 3 I hope so anyway.

Good to see you back playing newby thought you we class today with your talking etc but still not as speedy as me.

I also predicted 4 nil i told the boys to ease up lol

Very blinkered opinion I think there Guv, as a complete impartial I thought Evrrsley second half were by far the better team and played the better attacking football. Thought Feltham started brightly second half but your goal early on was more due to very suspect defending and a bit of

good fortune rather than anything else, after you scored Eversley dominated and in the end were worthy winners IMO. can't remember there keeper doing anything second half apart from picking the ball out the net! Feltham looked tired and leggy most the second half but that's no surprise after playing extra time 3 games in a row! Personally I don't see you challenging the top 6 this season although you are much improved from previous years so well done.

Wars 3-2 sheerwater a unchanged side from last weeks 4-0 win away at cobham although it looked like a completely different side.sherwater came out the traps early pressuring the ball and looked alot more up for the game.they took the lead when their striker closed down roy Newman nicked the ball and squared for dan Bennett to smash in 1-0 sheers.not long after they was two up with Tony Martin giving the ball away across the middle of the park and the little sheers winger hit a screamer top corner from around 25 yards 2-0.and sheerwater looking the better side .wars was then starting to try and play with a couple of good moved and kierran dias causing their full backs problems.then a long diagonal ball from Liam neaves found dias who ran on and got bought down for a pen.Danny penfold stepped up to make it 2-1 with a good penalty.then just before half time sheers had a penalty decision turned down much to their bench disgust. Second half wars came out looking alot hungrier and IMO looked alot better a maize run from dias who beat three defenders and found the bottom corner 2-2 dias also had a shot come off the post, then the winner a poor squared ball from sheers full back to his keeper was intercepted by dias who round the Keeper to drill home 3-2 wars.a bad performance from warlingham sometimes you do have to win ugly a good spirited show from sheerwater who did have a very good first half
