Threw away a 2 goal lead. Created several chances and switched off twice . Not good enough overall in a game we should have won comfortably.

 

Farleigh to their credit never gave up and have some decent players. I'm sure they will battle their way up the table

Somewhat strange results appearing in the Prem.

Worcester Park 2-6 Staines Lammas

 

0-5 after 25 mins. Could have been 8 or 9 at half time. A hatrick in the opening 7 minutes from Gary James. Denied a stonewall pen. Think the ref felt sorry for WP as Baxter and James were running riot. Second half WP to their credit didn't give up and put us under pressure. We took our foot off the pedal and they pulled a goal back, then an awful error by Cox made it 2-5. James then finished the game off with another great finish. After being 5-0 up after 25 mins 6-2 is slightly disappointing but would have definatey taken that before the game.
