Thing is, I'd like to get a team from our level or below and stay in the competition to boost the coffers then draw a Conference Prem side in the 4th qualifying round, love to get Luton away!!!

Saying that, it's the FA Cup and it's full of surprise results!!!

Luton away? No thanks. Why would you want to go to that sh*t hole occupied by a bunch of pikeys?

Find that statement a bit ridiculous if I'm honest... It would probably draw a gate of between 2500-3000 which would be a better gate than you'd get anywhere else plus half of the gate receipts going to us... That's like saying I wouldn't want to play Man City because Moss Side is full of pikeys!!!

Firstly, the gate money is split 3 ways and the Conference National teams don't come in till the 4th or 5th round so it aint going to happen in the next round.

Great result! If they get into the 1st round proper then I'll go to my first ever Slough game. I'd consider it for the 4th qualifying round too if they get a big side.

Actually, Hearts are at home on the date of the 4th QR so that rules that one out but there's no game on 12th November (first round proper) so I'll be there IF they make it. Fingers crossed...

And you are right, the gate money is split 3 ways, however, 45% goes to each team and the remaining 10% to the FA but if you are a non league club you are awarded a further 2.5% per team but if you are a non league club facing a league club the 5% goes to the non league team...

So at the moment, we get 47.5% of the gate money, 47.5% to the team we are facing and 5% to the FA!!! Bit of a farce considering Boreham Wood will get 47.5% of today's gate money and they probably only had 10 fans in attendance...

Its a real shame that Borehamwood didn't bring many fans. Even though they are 2 levels above us, their support (in terms of numbers) wouldn't look out of place at the level below us never mind the Division 1 Central!

Speaking of teams with little support, everyone spare a thought for poor old Hampton & Richmond Borough who lost 6-2 at the well-supported Arlesey Town today!

Only people that have never experienced a trip to Kenilworth Road would express a desire to go there. There's other big teams in the conference who would attract a decent crowd. As for your Man City analogy Moss Side may be full of Pikeys. The difference is they don't all go to the football like at Luton.

Stuff Luton, I want a first round trip to Hillsborough!!
