St Neots

I see St Neots have signed 2 more players, a Luton Town 'starlet' on loan and a player from Thurnby Nirvana 'Pearson Mwuanyongo' who tore them apart when they played them in the FA cup.

I think we should adopt St Neots policy of signing any player who plays a 'blinder' against them.

By the way it looks like there's some unrest in the dressing room and amongst the supporters.

As for today's result, apparently they were mugged (like us v Leighton last season).

I think its a case of supporters expectations being set by owner and manager that we're going to win the league before we'd even kicked a ball. This now seems to add pressure to every result.

Mugged, yes I think so and very unlucky - Stef Moore hit the post, the bar and Webb had a pen saved and their players started rolling around on the floor and getting the refs attention, 9 mins added time! Their keeper won them the points with a few quality saves but his blatent time wasting and laughing at the crowd when he tricked the ref into getiing his cards out was a tad annoying but he got a bigger clap from the home team than the Saints.

Pearson showed some class and almost scored after taking it round a couple of players, hopefully will have match highlights up soon.

Bernie - are you the Slough supporter attending quite a few of our home games?

No, I live miles away from you. Just like to see what's going on with our rivals, particularly after that result!

I agree your manager has created the expectation, as he went on record as saying the league was between us and yourselves! We're desperate to get out of this league, fed up with playing village sides with no support.

By the way we've played AFC Hayes (aka Brook House) a few times and it's the same old thing you experienced and their manager is a charming fellow too. Just wait until you visit their ground - it's a culture shock. Their supporter is particularly welcoming, especially considering we comfortably treble their regular gate.
