Top 5 Drinks For A Cold October Evening

1. Hot & Spicy Cider

2. Mulled Wine

3. Irish Coffee

4. Southern Comfort

5. Bottle of Sherry

These are even better in November and December, but today is October 1st, which is probably officially the start of Autumn, and I'm gonna sample all five of those tonight in front of the fire with Coronation Street!!

I have also decided to give up football for the next few weeks, and shan't be going to any games whatsoever until Grays away on the 21st October. Then I'll see how much I enjoy that game, and make a decision for November.

Just got a call from my dad. He's taking me out for some drinks tonight, so I'll be on option 4 in the pub.

Been having a re-think about option 5. An excellent December drink, but I'm not quite ready for it tonight. For the purposes of October, option 5 will be some sh*tty Real Ale like Abbot, which I'll also have tonight in the pub.
