Ftfc lol no i still was as were all the lads taking nothing away from westfield who deserved there win but were concentrating on the league this year the gaffer made 7 changes tonight i even got a cameo 45 but man are my legs knackered but need games so was happy to play!!

Westfield are most of ex cobham players and played descent football move it about well with tempo our cm werent up to scratch an we were to far off westfield first goal from a quick free kick after ref had said i handled it hit me near on middle of my chest but we then werent prepared for kick an westfield scred from it ! Wd equalised through sam our lone cf then had a corner which westfield broke from an scored we had a couple cleared off line westfield had chances but thays how it finished west deserved there win an good luck in next round

Great result westfield!!! They will be top 5 or 6 this year in the league. As Newby said a lot of ex Cobham there. Other than those who played higher, i.e Rousell at Fleet and you could argue Shane at Lammas, its all the Woking Cobham boys and pleased they are doing well atm!

We won 8-3, which does not show how close we allowed the first half to be. We were 2-0 up but C&H were awarded an iffy penalty, then 3-1 up. It was 3-2 at half time. Matt Grave scored twice, sandwiching Ken During's first for us. We took a while to impose ourselves but then the goals started going in. Jamie Houghton, Marcus Moody, two from Dale Marvell, the second a penalty put us 7-2 up. I had just told our bench that five years ago we won 7-3 in this fixture when Kyle Green scored at least his second. Then Luke Fontana tried and failed to persuade the ref that a clear foul was not a foul and talked himself into getting a red card. In the 94th minute Max Galbraith, 11 minutes into his debut, scored for 8-3.

Fair reflection their Newby and felt we deserved the result come the final whistle. Both teams had made changes by all accounts (which showed the strength in depth of both squads) and despite the strong wind both sides looked to play good football. As NLN has already said only 3 ex Cobham players were in the side last night and one of those came off the bench.

Are you sure you were taken off as you were struggling to keep up with our quick winger........

Chirstchurch 3 eversley 2

Gutted again as for second game in a row late goals cost us. With a mixed team we defended great and were two up with 15 mins to play with goals from enrico rossoni . Then game changed as they got a free kick 30 yards out and before kick was taken as both teams were setting up

they was some pushing in the box and the ref gave a pen which they scored. Gave them hope and the game was level on 85 mins then in the 97th min the winner came after a hand ball was missed in build up. These things happen but 140 mile round trip to lose late is slightly annoying

Are there problems at Chalky Lane ?

Chessy, what the hell's happened to Cheessington & Hook this season ? Last nights result was the 2nd 8 goal drumming after Camberley the other week...................manager safe ? ...........are players playing for manager and club ? ...or players playing for themselves, just picking up their packet........?
