Clement could have easily taken a Coaching job at a much higher level in England and made a name for himself at places like Stamford Bridge, Anfield or Old Trafford, indeed I gather Charlton Athletic were chasing him to join the payroll at the Valley however after much deliberation he decided to help out Kentish Town - is the particular highlight, no prizes for guessing who the poster is.

I believe it was Lenny Lawrence who went down on bended knee to try to make Clement stay but his mind was made up which is a shame as he could have eventually stepped into Lenny's shoes.

 

As I'm not a Charlton Athletic supporter I would not know which Manager got down on bended knee to ask Clement to stay at the Valley

 

What would be the point of our hero taking such a huge gamble when he could get a call at any moment from a Club like Tottenham for example who are also local to where he lives. - hahahahaha this stuff is so so funny

Tokyngton Manor did the same last season. So they are poorly run club and the SSML should expell them. The rest of the league clubs all play by the rules, pay their money and do not get suspended.

They have a nice man running the club, but not a football man & not very organised! If they had a proper football chairman they would be ok. As one of the very few London clubs in the league it would be a shame (i know they share at Amersham) lots of very good players in and around London if one of the teams was able to sustain or was able to obtain a ground to call their own
