It could be due to that being the date of the 2nd Round of the Berks & Bucks Intermediate Cup and the League are awaiting the outcome of 1st Round matches on the 17th Sept.

Correct, plus Res Div Two fixtures on 22nd Oct are waiting on the results from the B&B Junior Cup on 1st Oct
