I would have to bow to your experience missunderstood. We will await any ruling with anticipation then!

Can't see it though....

Over the years I represented a number of colleagues who had been accused of fiddling expenses, overbooking overtime etc, all considered to be forms of stealing, and the accepted practise argument won every time

and that is why this country is now sh1t..............because union cvnts like you represented thieving lying ba5tards instead of saying 'feck off mate you are scum'..............can see now why Maggie crushed you lot, feckin shysters

So apart from your foul language, appalling grammar and brainless bigotry you have led a totally blameless life. I congratulate you.

She admitted stealing drugs

Loosely - She may have admitted to taking drugs but that could have been in a moment of madness couldn't it or if she had been threatened by an unscrupulous boss, don't forget this is a vulnerable young woman we're talking about here who just wanted to be a nurse by trade however, through no fault of her own, got caught up in a scandal that has sadly blighted her promising career.

"...While this amounted to a “breach of trust”, he said the theft of tramadol, a “dependency-forming” medication, was a “particularly worrying aspect”.

Mr Hafejee said: “The theft of anything, including drugs, from a hospital setting where a nurse is in a position of trust, in essence is a breach-of-trust crime and is a serious matter in itself, irrespective of any other aggravating background..."

Can't we have a separate topic for union bashing and Maggie necrophiliacs?

Sjj2112 – An interesting article, thanks for digging it out. I can’t quite work out why Mr Salim Hafejee from the incompetent Nursing and Midwifery Council states that the ‘theft’ of Tramadol was a “particularly worrying aspect” and comparing the case to that of Harold Shipman is just plain stupid and wrong. It’s interesting that the charges of theft were dropped on the basis that it was not in the public interest so why was she sacked, it is clear that the NWC were looking for any excuse to get rid of her.

I too was a union cvnt. Though I only took the role as the health & safety conditions we were being asked to work under at the time were shocking. The problem with some union officials is they get on an ego trip and want to take centre stage and make a career of it, ala Bob Crow, Arthur Scargill et al, whereas I never had a political agenda!

I'm all for representing people who are unable to represent themselves, but I never lost sight of the fact that I was an "employee" of the company.
