Knaphill 3-2 feltham (hodgson, knowles, masembe)

2-1 up with my goal with only 15 to go....shocking, one of knaphills goal was pushed in with the players hand and we had a deffo penalty in the 1st half, fair result would of been a draw, devastated with the defeat but the Westfield result cheered me up....

What a legend

HAHA hope your backs ok

It's a damn sight better than your number 8's, having to carry you for 90 mi s every week would kill most people

Guernsey 5 Worcester Park 0

I think this was the best performance so far, Guernsey outplayed Worcester Park and fully deserved their win. Even more impressive was the fact that the home team played most of thte 2nd half with only 10 men after a number of injuries. Disappointing parts were the fact Worcester Park started to lose it and resorted to kicking people. Not helped by a very poor referre who unti the dying minutes looked like he had left his cards in the UK! Pulling a shirt and impeding a player is an automatcc yellow according the the laws of e game!

Are these officials assessed? If so I would thinknhe would score very low, worst official I have seen in the CCL.

He was dire, and one of the linos wasnt much better. You are right about the cards too. I like my football to be fairly robust but today he let WP get away with some pretty cynical stuff.

South kiburn 1 v 2 frimley

1st win of the season and we needed it

1 v 0 up at half time with a goal from ash daly played some good stuff on a very poor pitch dog poo all over it and in the dugout.

2nd half and we keeped the ball very well had two good shouts for pens turned away and then jordon giddings got a 2nd game over.

Kilburn got 1 in the last min but for a very strong side didn't put us under much presure all game.

Says 3-1 on FootballMitoo Ant!!!

From Hartley's Forum Kob & Drummie

Terrific result lads. Alresford are clearly not a bad side and it was all about who converted the chances today.

They created several chances very early on and just didn't make the most of theirs, with Lee keeping us in the game first 15. We managed to stem the flow eventually, and then a clever little backward header by Ryan from (I think) Luke's header and we're one up. Jermaine was superb today - great strength - collects the ball, rolls his man and fires one across the keeper and in. Big goal that one to make it 2-0 at half-time.

Nice goal celebration BigJ - thanks for that, made me feel like I was out there and had just set it up for you smiley-smile.gif

Our worse fears came true when Alresford pulled a goal back early on after the restart, but by this time we were looking much more solid at the back, and going forward we were always a huge threat, so I was on edge but confident we could score again. Then a big blow when Keiron had to go off - that put a real dampener on the win as first indications on the injury were bad. I hope it's not as bad as we feared.

Keiron is carried off and I'm worrying again. No need. Ben Dillon and Dan on, Ben skips through the centre of their defence, fires one the keeper manages to parry, but only into the path of Dan Brownlie who slides it into the empty net. Crucial goal to make it 3-1. After that Alresford had to throw caution to the wind and got caught on the counter late on as Ben again glided down the pitch and fired one low passed the keeper, making it look a lot easier than it was, both his finish and the winning margin. Icing on the cake.

Good performances all over the park - got to say well done to the back four because yes, we were run ragged first 15 and survived thanks to poor finishing and Lee's saves, but then as the game progressed we looked much more solid under pressure.

My personal MOTM today has to be Lee Allen, not only for the saves that kept us alive early on but for his impeccable handling all through the game, which gives everyone confidence. Like I said afterwards, terrific Lee.

Took in my first Hartley game of the season. Excellent and accurate report from Kevin and little to add to it. The goalie certainly done well in the first 15 minutes (and indeed throughout the game) although Arlesford should have scored several times after some good interplay.

Nice little club at Arlesford and they were very sporting in defeat; so good luck to them for the rest of the season.

Well done Hartley !

Erith Town 2-0 South Park

Erith were better all over the park, stronger, more organised and played the better football. Well and truly deserved the win, poor show by us, which hurts me to say. To add salt to the wounds Michael Smith stupidly got sent off with minutes to go. Well Done to the CCL teams that made it through. :applaus:

Lammas 2-2 Harefield

Lammas had 8 first team players missing yesterday and before the game I would of took a draw, but now I'm think we should of won. Lammas went 1 down by giving away a sloppy goal, lammas then went 1-1 when Gary James converted a well taken pen. James was running the defence wild and managed to grab his second with a lovely finish. James then could of bagged a hatrick only to see it smash of the post. Lammas gave a sloppy second goal away and got a draw. hopefully we can win at theirs!!

Molesey 0 Guildford city 3, good win at molesey today to keep city top and a clean sheet ,important win what with the other contenders in cup action .

Was at this game as well. Guildford thoroughly deserved their win, I thought Molesey didn't turn up and was very disappointed with their performance making it almost a one sided game. Gulidford were impressive I have to say and they will be there or thereabouts at the end of the season for sure based on yesterday's display.

Molesey keeper saved a penalty and great save in the second half to keep the score down, but could be questioned for the first Guildford's first goal.

Game was okay, shame Molesey didn't make it more competative, probably the worst I've seen Molesey play. Guildford were stronger and more workmanlike with good movement up top.

Thank you to the Molesey fans who were very quiet yesterday ! Where's the foreign sounding fan leader didn't see him yesterday...oh ley, oh ley, oh ley, oh ley ? Club officials were very welcoming as usual. Good grub especially the chips ! Cheap beer afterwards in their lovely clubhouse, nice place, shame about the game.

Bognor 5 Camberley 1.

Bognor were a class above us, it's as simple as that. From what I've seen of Ryman 1S football in the past four or five years Bognor are also a class above nearly every other team in the division both on and off the pitch. Lovely ground, well stewarded, no problems with the home fans, lovely clubhouse, quite cheep beer although the choice for ale fans wasn't too good. Only London Pride and it wasn't the best pint I've ever had but adequate.

Well ref'd, can't recall any whinging from the players of either side, no cards as far as I can remember, nice weather, nearly perfect.

Just two minor gripes - they don't do concessions for OAPs which didn't affect me personally but a few of our supporters were a bit put out by it. Bognor are the second club now to scrap concessions for senior citizens. Is it because they've probably got more disposable income than the rest of us? Even if that's true, I still don't think it's the right way to go.

Secondly - the stupid darts-style nicknames they have for their players. Someone called 'he's a football genius' and Jason 'he's on fire' Prior or something. To me it's like running-out music. It's embarrassing enough in front of 40000 people let alone 400.

But a good day out nonetheless.

Well done to Horley, Hartley and Banstead for getting through and good luck to those who have replays. If Wembley can beat Ardley they play the winners of Hanworth Villa and Bedfont Sports in the next round so that'll be a CCL side through to the second qualifying round.
