Cobham 0-4 Guernsey

Great result for Guernsey despite a less than great performance! Guernsey made 4 changes from the side that played on Saturday and the difference was noticeable during a scrappy first half with few chances (although Guernsey did have a goal disallowed within the first couple of minutes). Shortly into the second half Guernsey got the opener via Ross Allen which seemed to settle them and they started to play better. The introduction of Heaume and Dyer gave them added attacking strength and it was Heaume who added the second. The 3rd came via a mistake by the Cobahm goalie who spilt the ball to the Guernsey captain who smashed it home. The best was saved till last with Dyer scoring from distance. Cobham battled well throughout but created little - wonder if this will be a trend of sides trying to stop Guernsey from playing in the hope of grabbing a breakaway goal?

Have farleigh got the same team as last year?

FTFC, No mate. Most went to Warlingham with the management including myself. Others Rod went to Holmesdale, Richie Bull Keeper going to New Zealand and Scotty went to South Park. They have Martin Dell and that's it. Spencer has just signed for Warlingham aswell. New management and team.

I thought something must have changed surprised to see them at the bottom, as you boys were descent last year

Staines Lammas 0-2 Westfield

After the cr@p being sprouted from an average mid- table at best Feltham who we brushed off without ever getting out of second gear it was refreshing to read Redders comments.

Yes we had players missing - right down the spine in fact 2 centre backs 2 central midfielders and our 2 strikers but its a squad game and i cant believe how easily some on here dismiss their teamates that arent first choice.

The lads that came in today did a superb job - we played very well and i think Staines had an off day. There was glimpses here and there of what they are capable of up front but aside from yourself animal who recovered well from a poor start i was shocked at how bad you were at the back today- first half especially your centre backs well over 6" both of them struggled with any high balls. On that evidence Newby would walk back in as centre half. Wheres your squeaky captain from last season?

Will be interesting next week with a few players back to see what the manager does. A nice dilema to have !

Lammas 0 v 2 westfield

After saturdays great win, we followed up with a disgraceful performance. Full credit to westfield, absolutley worked their nuts off and deserved everything they got. Heard westfield had players missing, we never had no 1 missing and we got outplayed, out battled, out worked and out smarted! Aint good enough, I'm fuming by the lack of passion and desire. Well done westfield, fair play to ya.

Very humble words Redrup. In all honesty I am very surprised how today went. We were indeed missing a fair few, so much so we only had one fit centre half, and being unable to field a centre forward, however we worked incredibly hard and were rewarded accordingly.

Everyone that came in did their jobs superbly and we forced SL into mistakes which I am sure are uncharacteristic. What I am most impressed by though is the fact we only gave SL one clear cut chance, and the odd shot from distance.

I think we will be similarly stretched for personnel Saturday but we can go into the game with Eversley with a hint of optimism.

Henry, NLN, there is not 1 excuse I can use today, we were simply terrible. Our squeaky captain has retired, first 10 mins we started ok, baxter had a clear chance to score but fired wide, if he scores then who knows. I dunno what to say, after a great win saturday, we then perform like that, its disgusting. Credit to westfield deserved everything they got. We created 2 chances. I would of said hi to ya both but weren't sure who u were. Brunty only player missing today. Well under par today, me aswell. Gutted but good thing is everyones dropping points instead of guernsey. The fight for 2nd and 3rd is on.

Windsor 0 Dorking 1 Well done to Dorking who came with a game plan that worked a treat! A good performance from the Dorking keeper who made some great saves!1

was it john mcbride still? I hope so, but we had scored 5 in 2 previous games and lost both.

Certainly was John McB.

He seems to be picking up a few congratulations on todays game on Facebook !

Melt ? You must explain this middlesex plastic gangster lingo to me ? I always thought a melt was someone that runs off when the going gets tough- bit like your captain after his cowardly tackle.

If we had the rub of the green then that would have been 4-0 Saturday.

As you say everyone's entitled to their opinion and in mine your an average side and you yourself couldn't live with our midfield as they dominated you all afternoon
