South Park 4-0 Sandhurst

Great result boys now our season has started

Good result our play over the last few weeks deserved, but it wasn't a game the scoreline suggest. Although being 2-0 up at half time Sandhurst could and should of been level and in the 2nd half Park hit them on the break with Dave Smith completing a hattrick which sealed there first win in the Prem.

Feltham 0-2 Westfield

Comfortable win in the end for us. Like most sides will be this weekend we were missing a few so 4 players made their debuts. Think it showed first half as we were awful but scored a good goal and led at the break.

Second half we knocked it about a lot more and looked far better - missed a couple of sitters and thought it may be one of those days as Feltham looked lively up top but grabbed a second to seal the game near the end.

Changing rooms apart still a geat set up down there and pitch is as good as i've ever seen it. Good work Nut

Eversley 1-3 Lammas

An absolute massive win for us today against quite a few peoples favs for the title. First half lammas playing against the wind, struggled as eversley looked dangerous on the attack and got there break with a well taken goal. Lammas created half chances with the best one with baldock 1 on 1, only to blaze over. Wharf made changes and brought on jamie o'connor after 30 and then the game changed. Second half O'connor absolutely ran the show and his free kick found ryan williams who netted the equaliser. Lammas then got stronger with the wind and Baxter was causing problems and got his reward with a tidy finish, after great work from shane rideout. Everslet didn't really create much second half, with Baker, Spence and scully all being kept quiet by the lammas defence. Lammas confirmed the win after great work from Gary james who rolled it to baxter, who smashed the ball home. Great pitch, great hospitality, Great win!!!

Ash Utd 3 Chessington & Hook 2

1st half was flat for most of it, however ash opened the scoring on 19minutes with a header from a excellent cross, went further in front when another cross was this time volleyed home, Chessinton pulled one back just before half time. 2nd half Ash went again two goal in front & looked in control but slowly but surely Chessington got back into the game & pulled a goal back with 5 minutes to go, but then let themselves down by a stupid sending off & ash held to gain another 3pts.

keep up the good work & Ash will be alot better off than last season

Feltham 0 v Westfield 2

Just was not at the races let down by a few players, 6 players missing today but no excuses on the day Westfield deserved there win on the day but I'm sure we will be a different animal in a couple of weeks

I think that in the end it was a well deserved victory however Feltham had their chances and, as they've shown already, will cause teams a lot of problems.

We were missing 4 regulars and lost our centre forward after 20 mins or so. I am a wee bit surprised that you say you had 6 missing, I was late in our dressing room (there's a lot of me to wash) and overheard your dressing room saying '2 players shouldn't make that much difference'. Maths doesn't seem a major strong point in Feltham.

Any how, you let yourself down today massively today Guv. One of our players was felled in a horrible 'tackle' by your skipper and you commented that 'he deserves it, he's been doing it all afternoon'. Well I can't see how he deserved 2 deep gashes on his leg from a complete thug. Yes our centre midfielders are niggly but I don't think you can complain when the 2 was lucky to stay on, as was the 8. If he'd been 'doing it all afternoon' it must have been like a scene from Saving Private Ryan in your dressing room.

Poor game today, never side that great, but we roll on. Now more players missing Monday against a strong Staines side but with our tails up let's hope we can nick a point. Hopefully a better game than today

Westfield Reserves 6-1 Lammas

1-1 at half time and Lammas were awful, 2nd half we were twice as awful, no excuses men against boys.

Must admit it is very frustrating managing Reserve football, my teams starting line up changed 8 times in 24 hours prior to the game. We even lost our centre back in the warm up, but no excuses, the players that started the game were very young but still should of done a lot better In the end we just gave up, which was the most disappointing thing for me.

We have Bedfont Sports on Tuesday which will be very difficult. One thing what was funny was there manager telling us how everybody hates Lammas, do we care. Lol!

Always excuses. Missing 4 regulars, team line up changed blah fecking blah. Pitch was a plough field, didnt suit our style, ref should have given us this.

Always excuses. Always.

ellers welcome to reserve team football mate. You will never have a settled side, last year at Cove we struggled but around xmas we finally got it together and started winning games. Then the first team took 8 [yes 8] of our players in one hit and we then struggled till end of season when you couldn't sign any more players on combined counties forms and we then won 4 games in 5.

the point is though that isn't what ressie football is about, its about developing players for the first team, weather youngsters coming through your system or helping regain senior players form. This year were at Mole Valley and although its obviously nice to win, its job done if we can push a through youngsters through or get someone into the first team that wasnt good enough before.

Keep ya head up and try not to worry about the results to much, when the players begin to develop your results will improve anyway but it takes time and patience ;] when you get a first team job in the future you will be better for the experiance.

I can confirm there was 6 players missing. It was almost a completely different back line.

You should also ignore things said on the pitch during a game, as adrenaline and mind games overrule what you'd usually say.

Saying that I agree it was a robust challenge, and slip was lucky to stay on. Although I personally would not want him to lose that bite, in future matches as long as it's within the limits of the law
