What I will say about yesterday's game was that I thought the referee was a breath of fresh air. Sure, mistakes were made but he did his best to keep the game flowing and actually talked to the players throughout. More of the same on Monday please.

Mr. Kitchen was his name, was a decent Referee, and to be applauded for his decision making.Only 1 error all game, when the Windsor Player, dived in the box,he correctly awarded Croydon a free kick, but failed to book the Windsor player.

I agree about the referee,he is actually one of the better ones to be honest. As of the game,I thought the first half was pretty drab from both sides, although we had more of the possesion,we didnt really create that much.Second half we practically dominated and twice came a whisker from scoring when Ryan and 'new-boy' Alex Jeffers both went so close.Like the look of Jeffers and believe he could be the perfect partner for Ryan.

Your Right Back must get many bookings after his performance yesterday, where the Ref was very lenient in my opinion on his old school tricks.

Windsor right back (bald), if its the same one, he's unfit, slow and because of this gives so many free kicks away. He did so many against Molesey that finally the ref had no option but to book him'cos he must have done at least 6-7 fouls without caution. He then handled the ball in the second half (one of those so close, I can't get my hand/arm out of the way) scenario so off he went.

Any team studying Windsor will probably see him as a weakness as are the 2 central defenders who are again very slow, but all three handled the long ball quite well by sitting deep and are quite strong in the air.

What happened to Ryan Wharton after his one appearence in the game where the lights went out? Surely he would be a more mobile/better option than Tilbury at Right back? Tilbury for me is only a centre half, and even then would not make the team ahead of Moore or Anthony.

It's good on paper having a team of experienced players, sadly though those players aren't experienced at this level...
