FA Cup Prelim round

So after the replays - 8 sides successfully made it thru to the preliminary round - not too bad considering there were some all ESL games.

 

The prelim round has thrown up some good ties - with only 1 ESL team guaranteed in the 1st Qualifying round.

my predictions in brackets.

Barton Rovers v Witham Town (2-1)

 

Biggleswade Town v Haringey & Waltham Development (2-1)

 

Burnham Ramblers v Hertford Town (2-0)

 

Cheshunt v Southend Manor (1-1)

 

Dunstable Town v Bethnal Green United (1-0)

 

Hatfield Town v Enfield 1893 (0-2)

 

Stansted v London APSA (3-1)

 

tie of the round for those above Cheshunt entertaining SEM - fancy the manor boys to get something out of that.

sorry but thats the most absurd statement ever-5 of the 8 sides through qualified exactly because they met other ESL sides.Theres 8 teams through not despite there being all ESL matches but because of that fact.

if some of the esl sides had not been drawn together they may have been more than 8 -

still i'm not bothered anyway. suggest you lighten up a bit
