Saturday 3rd September - possibly no game !

As our scheduled oponents that day, Raynes Park Vale, are in the next round of the FA Cup.

 

Hopefully the league will fix something else for us.

So, is there a game or not?

 

On the CCL website fixture list it says we are playing Chessington & Hook Utd in the Cup @ 19:45.

 

On the inside of last weekends Programme against Dorking on the team sheet page it also says we are playing C&H Utd @ 7:45PM.

 

Both say we are playing @ 19:45 on a Saturday? (Middle of the night on a Saturday??????????) (CCL Rules??????????)

 

Fixture list in middle of the programme also says we are palying C&H Utd.

 

 

Yet Windsor FC website says next game Oxford City Nomads 10/09/2011.

 

Can someone please clarify what's really happening so we can plan our weekend.

Definitely no game - as announced at the ground on Monday.

Someone appeared to jump the gun at the CCL. Chessington are still in the cup so we would not have been playing them anyway, The midweek bulletin does show us as not having a game.

 

Although it is still showing us as playing 7:45 according to the CCL site and Cheesington are also hosting Hythe at 3pm.

Not only that but the CCL website also showed us as being away to RPV next Tuesday (6th) and showing RPV away to Croydon on the 7th.

 

Steve Rowlands confirmed with me last Friday that there is no game on 3rd but it was too late to change the programme - hence the announcement over the PA at the end of Monday's game.

Don't bother with the official CCL site!

Your game against Chessington in the League Cup is at 7.45 on 3rd October, not September. Someone's clearly inputted it incorrectly.

I'd recommend the unofficial site run by a fella called Reg. http://www.ccleague.co.uk/ which includes league games, league cup , FA Cup & FA Vase. Although it's unofficial, the info on it is supplied to Reg via the league bulletin through a CCL official.

 

There are also the official Mitoo pages http://www.football....ueCode=COMC2011 which include every game each team plays.
