V chertsey

Yes, their number 9 caused both injuries. Brown's looked particularly nasty. A slow start from the Rebels and Chertsey swarming around the ball made it a difficult first half coupled with the injuries and change of formation.Coyle will want the second goal back again. I agree that the goal just before HT changed the game and was well deserved. Burnell and Sonner had worked their backsides off upto that point.

Second half was one way traffic and once we levelled you always felt we'd go on and win. Only disappointing thing apart from losing Brown and Wooz was the two yellow cards picked up (Murphy and Swift) when Chertsey scored their third. With St Neots among three teams with maximum points after 3 games we needed this win.

Pretty sure Brown will be out for a significant amount of time, was talk from the bench that he had rebroken his wrist which he did in pre-season.

Thought Logie was excellent when he switched to centre back.

That was definately one of the most bizarre games I have ever been to. Great result and great spirit shown by the team to come from behind in the face of 2 injuries and a makeshift defence, alongside the terrible decisions by the officials throughout the game.

MOM for me was Logie, absolutely brilliant at the back when needed and was marshalling the team like a captain, but the whole team did well when on that sort of day last season we would have just collapsed.

Well done Slough!

When Chertsey got there 2nd I feared the worst but what a great comeback, when we need goals we can switch to 4-4-2 like we did today!!!

You can feel how much the players want that league title!!!

Hopefully Brown and Woozely will be back soon, but with Sweeney and Perkins in the squad, not bad back ups are they???? I thought Logie was excellent today, I would resist playing him centre back though, he is the heartbeat of our midfield!!!

Excellent come back from the boys today after a very stop start first half with Chertsey's number 9 fouling and falling over at every opportunity.

Very close for MOTM between Sincs, Swift and Logie with Logie just MOTM for me.

I think you will find your player injured himself whilst climbing over Chertsey's number 9, who actually was not fouling and falling over at every opportunity, myself & other supporters had a good view of game, do agree about some doubtful decisions made by ref..but a good game though!

Sorry Di but Brown beat Page to the jump and the striker simply leant forward to create what was a very nasty fall for the centre back. Page, having already injured another centre back (Woozley) earlier on in the game, wasn't exactly difficult to knock off his feet which was a shame as he did look like a good player when he was upright.

From my view, our player jumped for the ball and your number 9 continued backing into him which resulted in our player crashing to the ground resulting in your number 9 getting booked.

Still I suppose we all have our blinkers on when were watching our teams play.
