Matt Lamprell Joins Whitstable

Matt joined Whitstable yesterday just wondered what the supporters felt about him as Ive not see him play. See him at training and he looks a good keeper.

I think Dan knows Matt quite well TW as at Whistlebubble last Saturday I was with his Dad when Dan came over to say hello and it seems they played together when younger.

 

Of Matt good shot stopper and his kicking has improved a lot in the last year. Very vocal as well (without swearing) to his defenders. Good signing for both Matt and Whistlebubble.

Indeed Jim, Matt and Dan would have played in Margate Reserves together, Matt being a very brave 16 year old keeper then who dived at opponents feet, for the ball with absolute no fear.
