Just wanted to open up a football prediction game to you guys on here to include a bit of competition and banter. It's something I was made aware of by another forum member and is a bit of competitive fun and a chance to win some money. I just want to make clear I have no link to this site and do not stand to profit from it, apart from by winning it of course!

 

An SSML mini league has been setup for which the code is 1313400339.

The prize money is a % of the number of players - however, it will be guaranteed between £750 and £1k as it has been the last 5yrs.

Each user is allowed a maximum of 5 entries.

 

Goalstradamus consists of approx 40 rounds of predictions. All you have to do is select one match in each round, from the entire English and Scottish fixture list, and predict whether it will be a home win, away win or draw. That's right, predict one game a week, picking up points as you go.

In each round, ONCE YOU'VE LOGGED ON, you’ll see the fixture list tab within 'MY HOME GROUND', made up of all featured divisions and cups. You can only access the fixture list once you have logged on.

Each round’s fixture list will consist of around 50 matches taken from the Barclay's Premier League, Coca Cola Championship, Leagues 1 & 2 and the Scottish Premier League.

Every fixture outcome – a home win, a draw or an away win, will have a points value shown alongside it (based on current odds)

All you have to do is predict just one result from the entire fixture list! – Just one home win, away win or draw. Not even a correct score!

If your prediction is correct you will score the relevant points.

If your prediction is wrong you won’t score any points that week, but you’ll still be in the game and there’ll still be all to play for. Remember, it's a marathon not a sprint.

At the end of each round check out the title race, track your progress and plan your strategy.

Accumulate the most points at the end of the season to be given the illustrious title of ‘Goalstradamus 11/12’ - the envy of your footy friends.

Of course, there’s a monthly league table with a prize for the top scorer of the month – and you can even form mini-leagues with your friends.
