Looking forward to this fixture. Shame Guernsey will be missing a few key players but should still be a fantastic game between two teams who play good attacking football.

 

I'm going for a narrow home win. Guernsey won't play in much better pitches this season which may well suit them. With an early kick off it should be a good crowd.

Maybe a short trip down to Westfield after for our FA Cup game and the opening of our new facilities and pitch. Expecting a very tough tie but am looking forward to being back in the FA Cup and in our new facilities. Our committee have had to work really hard to get the game on as we're opening ahead of schedule, so would be good to get a few people down to watch.

Eversley will definitely be one the hardest away trips for Guernsey this season. watched Guernsey against HW and didn't think they offered much until HW went down to 10 men to a very harsh red card. I've said from the beginning that Guernsey will struggle away from home but will probably go unbeaten at home.....only time will tell though.

 

If Guernsey aren't at full strength on Saturday as has been suggested then I can see Eversley picking up all 3 pts. I saw them against Ash Utd in pre season and they looked a very good side indeed.

Perhaps the trouble with mid week games would be that Guernsey will field a weakened side instead of their week-end side.

Out of curiosity how do you reach that conclusion? I think we know we aren't going to be at full strength, but knowing nothing more about Eversley than their results to date I find it hard to understand such a bold assertion.

Tardiff is playing, Guernsey will be missing 4 players who have started in previous games, Dyer, Cochrane, Rihoy,Mackay.

 

This will be a good gauge for games to come.
