Good point,Wimbledon now play in division 1 and haven't been out of the league system since they were promoted in 1978 from the southern league

I've been MK Dons a few times.

Never heard any Wimbledon songs.

No trophies listed in their programme.

 

It was rumoured to be less than 250 fans that followed them there.

After the club split, didn't the FA state that AFC Wimbledon can have the 1988 FA Cup win listed in the trophies they have won ?.

MK Dons are a franchise born out of greed and stupidity. AFC Wimbledon are the real deal, just like all reformed clubs and what they have achieved in such a short time is miraculous, and their success should be an inspiration to all non league clubs.

The Wombles achievements since their formation has been amazing. MK Dons I do not think list the FA Cup success of 'Old' Wimbledon which is right in my opinion

Actually I see it differently.

 

With home crowds of 3000+, I believe their achievements so far were inevitable.

All Wimbledon's trophies are in Merton Town Hall, so i believe.

Definately not in Milton Keynes.

If my memory serves me Stadium MK is nearer to Letchworth.

So they should be called Letchworth Dons.
