I believe lease meeting was last week.

 

Simply wondering how that went-and whether its yet progressed to solicitors to play with themselves,cause a deliberate row to escalate their fees,and remarkably with the usual brinkmanship-agree the detail in the end.

 

More importantly-have club,travelodge and councillprogressed it further ?

 

And lis there indeed a fourth tick-the paltry matter of finding an additional £2m ?

Maybe when wellsie gets back-the club will be able to provide another update re:progress of the lease negotiations.

 

 

That given-with the latest eurobanking crisis-surely it must be the 'fourth tick' that will be the problem.

 

It would never have been easy-but surely even harder now - for Gary Lever to raise an additional £ 2million in the City.

 

Just praying he can pull it off, and that its not the 'fourth tick ' that proves all elusive and maybe a step too far.
